Returns & Refund Policy

It’s important to us that you’re happy with your purchase. If an item is faulty or damaged, we will issue a full refund via your original payment method, provided the request is made within 30 days of receiving the product. If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you can do so within 30 days for a full refund as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.

You may also attempt to cancel an order within 48 hours of receiving the products by emailing us at sales@bathroomshopuk.co.uk or calling 01924 267717 (Monday to Friday, 09:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

We work hard to ensure that all our customers are happy with our service. If you receive any damaged items, please Contact Us immediately so we can assist you. Please note that some items, such as glass products, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Restocking Charges

Some items may incur a restocking charge, particularly non-stock or direct shipping products. We only pass on the restocking fees we are charged. If you are unsure whether your product is subject to a restocking charge, please contact us for details on applicable fees.
