It’s very important to us that you’re happy with your purchase. If the item is faulty or damaged, we will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment as long as the request is made within 30 days.

Our returns period is 30 days for a full refund and 60 days for a credit note. Simply return your item in its original condition and packaging, and we’ll process your request swiftly.

Yes, you can exchange your item. If you wish to return a product that is not defective and is outside the seven-day cooling-off period, you have up to 60 days from the date of delivery to do so. The item must be in unused condition and, where practicable, with original packaging.
Upon receiving the returned product, we offer the option to choose a replacement product of the same purchase price or issue a voucher for the price of the returned product.

Yes, we offer a collection service.
To arrange a collection, please contact us via email at sales@bathroomshopuk.co.uk or by telephone at 01924 267717 (Monday to Friday, 09:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
Our team will provide you with detailed information and assist you in scheduling the collection.
Please note that collection services will be charged a collection fee, but will depend on the product / location.
Yes, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days following delivery.
To initiate a cancellation, please contact us either in writing or by calling our customer service team at 01924 267717.
Please be aware that certain products may be non-returnable or non-refundable, such as glass items. Additionally, some items may incur a restocking charge, especially non-stock or direct shipping products.
We recommend reaching out to us to confirm if your product is subject to any restocking fees and, if so, the applicable percentage. For comprehensive details on our cancellation policy, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
Unfortunately not, all special order items on our website are either made to order or imported for you, these items are not available for return / credit.
