If you’ve received a faulty product, please contact us within 30 days at sales@bathroomshopuk.co.uk or call 01924 267717.
Include your order number, a brief description of the fault, and photos if possible. If the product is confirmed faulty, we’ll arrange a return and issue a full refund.
Please note: items that have been installed or modified, as well as certain products like glass, may not be eligible for return.

Upon receiving your notification, we will investigate and arrange for the missing items to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
