Do we offer a price match service? The short answer is yes, however it all depends on what and where you have seen the prices, we have to compare like for like, or as close to the service we offer as possible. Having staff on the end of the phone does come at a cost, and there are minimum standards we will work to, cheapest isn’t always best, but our customers prefer the best value for money, we do highly believe that what we offer is unrivalled.
There are many online retailers we simply cannot match price against, they have no contact numbers or support, simply an email address and cross your fingers they get back to you.
Having said that, there are some really good online retailers we can price match to on certain products, from time to time manufacturers have special offers and we try our best to be up to date and pass those offers on, however, with such a vast amount of products, it’s hard to keep up to date week in week out with those offers, so from time to time we do get caught out, asking the question costs nothing and we are very approachable here at BSUK.

Are all Goods Stocked?
Although we stock a large range of goods, it would be impossible to store everything we sell on Bathroom Shop UK, the range is so vast we would need a warehouse the size of Leeds itself to stock everything!
Some items on the website are indeed in stock and ready for immediate dispatch, some are stocked at our suppliers and need transferring, and some are stocked with suppliers ready for direct ship - this means the goods come directly from them, speeding up the process and meaning you receive them quickly.
